  1. Handmade, unique Manitou Strings body style that is lightweight and resonate
  2. Solid and semi-hollow body styles with multiple wood layers or a single tonewood:
    • Body wood options such as Mahogany, Swamp Ash, Maple, and Alder
    • Top, back, and layered exotic woods such as Ebony, Rosewood, Bubinga, Cocobolo, Zebra Wood, Wenge, Canary Wood, Padouk, and Purple Heart
  3. Neck and fretboard wood species:
    • Neck woods such as Maple, Roasted Maple, Mahogany, Canary Wood, and Wenge
    • Fretboards such as Maple, Roasted Maple, Mahogany, Rosewood, or Wenge
  4. Straight or compound fretboard radius
    • Straight or a uniform radius such as 9, 10, 12, or 16 inch from nut to heal
    • Compound radius such as 10 inch at the nut to 16 inch at the heal
  5. Various fret sizes with nickel/silver or stainless steel
  6. Single coil or humbucking pickups with nearly unlimited combinations for tonal flexibility such as coil tapping and series/parallel switching
  7. Vintage or modern bridge options, tremolo arms, and piezo string sections for acoustic guitar emulation
  8. Nitrocellulose lacquer finishes with natural wood or color tinting enhancements
    • Manitou Strings offers a non-solvent based, hand rubbed finish that preserves and enhances natural wood coloration, texture, and appearance
